This would have to be the worst so called 5-star resort that I have ever stayed at. Facilities, internet, no hot water, TV, dining facilities, even drinks were the worst I ever experienced. Ferry pick up is only a 5 min bus ride from Port Vila centre. The ferry taxi takes all of about 2 mins to get to Erakor Island from the mainland.
